Report concerns and problems around the city using Sedona Citizens Connect, a mobile app that helps make our neighborhoods even better by reporting problems such as potholes, stray animals, graffiti and other concerns to city employees.
When you submit a request, our staff will respond to the issue and let you know when it is resolved. Reports are handled during regular business hours Monday through Thursday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
If the issue you are reporting involves public safety or is an immediate police matter, call 911. If the matter is a non-emergency but you would like police to respond, call the Sedona Police Department business line at 928-282-3100. This line is available 24 hours per day, seven days a week.
If you prefer not to use the app or website, call 928-282-3113 during regular business hours, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Thursday. Staff will be happy to take the information and enter it into the system.
Get the app. The Sedona Citizens Connect app is available for Android phones and iPhones. After launching the app you can select the type of case you wish to report, snap a photograph, and add a note about the issues. The app also includes an option to receive Reverse 311 notifications about high priority matters.
